- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We generally will ship via the US Postal system. We will contact you via E-mail if there is an additional charge.
- Do you take returns?
Yes, but only on defective items. Please make arrangements with us for a return authorization.
- Do you sell wholesale?
If you are interested in carrying our patterns at your store or website, please contact us by using the "Contact Us" page or call us at 970-882-3389. We are located in Colorado.
- Do you have kits?
Yes we have lots of kits. Call or email for the current prices for supplies for any pattern that we publish. We can include all the fabrics and notions that you need. We can even customize it to your special request. Be sure to check out the "Kit" section in the web site.
- Does Virginia do classes?
Virginia Robertson travels to teach color, doll making and quilting. There is some information available here on the "About us" page. If you don't find what you are looking for contact her for information about workshops and lectures for your guild, shop or show. Call 970-882-3389.
- Do you have an actual store?
We do mail order business and an occasional booth, but do not have a shop.
- Do you sell fabrics online?
Yes we do! We carry Virginia's newest fabric collections and many Batiks. We have coordinate collections as well. Check out the "Fabric" section on the web site.
- What are your shipping charges?
Shipping in the continental United States is FREE. International customers can place an order on the website and if there is no additional charge we will send it ASAP. If there is an additional charge we will contact you via E-Mail with the amount BEFORE we ship.
- What is your fabric minimum?
Our minimum is 1 yard. If you order more then a 1 yard it will be in one piece.
